Form submit error, please help.

I am trying to get a working contact form on my site. The form loads ok but when the form is submitted an error screen appears.

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/wbjanito/public_html/contact.php:13) in /home/wbjanito/public_html/contact.php on line 93"

The page in question is http://www.wbjanitorial.ca/contact.php and is available from the index page only at the moment until I can resolve this present form issue. I have several other form pages to create before I update all the links and menus.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've now added 2 more php pages with the same results. The form loads fine but the same error screen appears when form is submitted.

Hi Ward,

You have added a Google script to the top of your web page
source code. This is interfering with your form!
