PHP EMAIL in form

Hi

I have created a very simple rsvp which only has 2 edit boxes at www.nos1.co.uk/janglefestrsvp1.php.

I have ticked the use php box and entered correct email address and have success page working but I am not getting the php emails what could be wrong?

I am using windows 10 and have tried in both chrome and edge with no success.
