    You have two problems:

    1. In the fmp/form folder, you have a whole subfolder missing. You simply didn't upload it.
    2. In the fmp/js/editor/filemanager/browser folder, the content is wrong. You have put in there a subfolder that belongs to some other folder.

    Correct these two mistakes and try again.
