My client id is 6284, register domain is www.uniqueasthmatreatmentsecrets.com

I am trying to use FREE linkmetro.com service and require to create a my SQL database...

May I ask what is mySQL server name?

The MySQL server is not yours. To create a new database in your account, look at the tutorial: http://www.vodahost.com/DemoDemo/cpa...skin_mysql.htm

To manage it using phpMyAdmin (you can get to it through the MySQL page of your CP - look at the bottom) have a look at http://www.vodahost.com/DemoDemo/cpa...phpmyadmin.htm
If then you need to have a script in your site that interacts with the database, the path to it is simply "localhost" and the username and passwords to use are the ones that you define during the DB creation.
