I need to create a flash company logo...just do not know where to start

There are a few different programs that will do this. Macromedia Flash, Xara just to name a couple. What you would want to do is google 'flash programs' and it will bring up a whole list of sites that have programs to sell from expensive to not so expensive. The next thing you would need to do is learn Flash. That should take you just a little longer that the google search.

Try Koolmoves it's a flash based program but a lot easier and cheeper.
