Ideas about Flash Software(s)

I'll give it a try on creating Flash Pages. As I don't know anything about it, I think to use a software. I found one named A4Desk . It seems an easy and full content one.
My questions,
*Has anyone used this or such softwares before? Is it OK?
* Can someone advice me a better software?
*Can I publish the pages which I created with this software by BlueVoda?
