Trivia add-on?

Hello all, I would like to add a trivia game to my website. -Trouble is, I can't find a program to use.
I'd be happy with a free copy/paste job as long as I can presonalize it with my own questions and such.
Anyone know of such a site offering trivia for websites?

since there have been SO MANY views to this thread and NO replies, I figured I'd post an update.
I found a trivia ad-on. Check it out here: http://www.quiz-fun.com/
It's not perfect by ANY MEANS, but it was one of the few which allowed me to create my own questions and answers AND allow me to post the quiz directly on my site.

If anyone finds something better, please let us know!
