I'm not sure that i follow you. You had your form in contactformG.html and that is the one that i fixed. Now you have changed it to contactformG.php and you no longer have the html version. Also, you published pages inside the ABVFP folder, deleting (!) the default index page. I re-uploaded the index file, i re-published the contactformG.html form (i had kept a copy when i fixed it for you) and tested it, it IS working.
Please also note that the copy i uploaded did NOT have the validation you have now added.

I tested it again, it works and it DID upload the file, and sent the autoresponder message.
