Help selecting Ecommerce site

Hello,

Can someone pls. recommend an ecommerce software program with shopping cart ability that a non-programmer would be able to utilize; and that is flexible to customize? I looked at several software programs (MS Frontpage, Dreamweaver) and they are quite difficult for me as I am not proficient in HTML or other programming languages. Additionally, I need the software to be flexible enough such that I can customize how I want the content to appear.

I appreciate any assistance in this matter.
