inline frame horizontal scrollbar

Hello,
I would like to create an inline frame with a horizantal scrollbar, how can I achieve this?
Also I woild like the scroll bar to be a black line with a knob, not the one provided by dafault for the inline frame by BV.

It appears to be a custom script using Adobe Flash. It is not in an IFrame.

You can change your scroll bar properties:
Page properties/Scrollbar
Other than that....Google it.
Possibly another BV'er will come along and have more info.
