A script that does what you are asking for are not simple at all.
Such "Member" or "Social" scripts require major customization and also server resources to run them.

You are free to find someone to write you a custom script from a source such as www.Freelancer.com but you will need to obtain permission from VodaHost after evaluation of that script to be sure it does not violate server resources allowances or any other Terms of Service.
