Dreamweaver table moving

Can some help me with this problem, I have the table or cell properties all set to top etc etc. As soon as I enter an amount of text in a table that extends it my problem is in between the tables the centre strip will not stay to the top. I can complete the website when i sort this problem.

Any help would be great.
