Dreamwearver FTP promblem

I can not get it to connect to the folder...everytime I test the connection it brings up and error saying that i can not connect to the folder.

the connection through FTP in dreamweaver should be set up as follows.

Access Type: FTP
FTP host: YOUR IP ADDRESS
Host directory: public_html/ (if this is a addon domain add the folder name after the / )
Login: your FTP username
Password: your FTP password


The URL prefix: this fill itself out.

Then click TEST your firewall may try to stop the connection if this happen click unblock.
after connection press ok.

That still didnt work...my domain isnt 48 hours old yet would that cause problems.

I would upload a screen shoot be it will not let me upload a picture.

Must be trying to connect to a server listed in BV, for if he had a VodaHost Account Confirmation Email, it would be clearly understandable how to connect even prior to the full creation of his account (servers are assigned, but cPanels may not yet be created).
