Is there anyway I can create my own flash site? Thank you in advance for your help in this matter. And another thing: when I went to redesign my index page and I published it, the old index page ("New Website coming") was still showing...any suggestion. Thank you for your time

You'll need to have Flash software to either create pages from scratch or to "edit" a professionally designed website Flash Template, and the time to learn how to use effectively whatever software you select.
Neither a task for the novice unless you are difinitively not in a hurry and have a budget reserved.....
