how to have background music

Hye
I'm a beginner and i'd like to know if there is a chance to insert a musical animation in the web page . As i can see there is a flash player, WMP tools in the left hand side column, is it a clue?

To get background music, go to Page Properties, Background, and browse to find the file you want as background.
