Linking pages

1)I have created 2 pages on my web-site www.websitechecker.uk.com first page is called index and I have saved it as
http://www.websitechecker.uk.com/index but when I add the html and then go back to it the html is missing.

On that page I have underlined introduction and named it www.websitechecker.uk.com/introduction.html so when I click on it I want to go to the second page but this does not work. The videos do not show quite how this works

Sorry, non of your pages could be found. Are you sure the links and the names are correct?
