Need Help with Dew-NewPHPLinks

I have tried numerous times to Load this through Fantastico and each time the admin section works fine but the public URL wont open.

Used dir as the directory once in a sub-domain and in main domain several times. Got the same results.

If Im doing something wrong I so be it . Can anyone give me a suggestion.

I have read elsewhere here some other people have had the same problem. But couldnt find a resulotion thread.

Why is it offered through Fantastico if it wont load properly.
