Hey all. Building a new site for my work and we want to use a live help desk.
Ive installed Help Desk live and have it working for the most part but there seems to be a few issues. I think they relate to them wanting code added to
some pages. Their site has nice little flash on how to get started but nothing on inserting the code they want you to generate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was thinking about going with Kayako but thought i would try this first.

Also was curious why smf was removed from fantistico.
smf with tiny portal makes for a great site.
