I am so new to this and have looked till I can not see anylonger. But would someone please help me to get a shopping cart on my page. I have signed up for paypal so I did get that much done. Now how do I get the shopping cart installed? Isn't OS Commerce supplied with my hosting package?

I followed your instructions and went to fantistico and downloaded the osCommerse. Now I am even more confused. I have unzipped the files that downloaded but how do I get the shopping cart onto my page and working?

When downloaded it is all in bits and pieces, does that mean I have to put it all together? Now I am lost, and if that is the process I will need lots of help.

You do not need to install Oscommerce from scratch, it is already preloaded in fantastico.

I can not seem to find it. Am I think or what? When I go into cPanel and click on fantastico it take me to a page with a list to the right and then when I click on osCommerce it takes me to their page, where I downloaded the program I told you about. I do not see anything that automatically installes it onto my page. What am I doing wrong?

Bingo I found it. Now I will have a look around and see what I have to do. Thanks for the help and I am sure you will be hearing from me again. But I do have to say this is a great experience putting a web page together. I do have most of it published now so will be working on the shopping cart now. I think that is going to be the most challenging part so far.

Ok I have installed it and now can not find it. Where would it be? How do I get it onto my page?

I will now have to add insult to injury. I have changed computers and that has caused me a whole new set of problems.

1. My images and text has changed on the web page published. So I will have to fix that problem.

2. I had the usernames and passwords saved in my other computer so have forgotten them. How do I go about getting them replaced? I am unable to publish, get into my cpanel or anything else that takes a unsername and password. Need some serious help here.

I can not open a support ticket as it will not let me in without my cpanel password and my username and password. Since I have changed computers I have lost this information.
