Capture Visitor Details

Hi

I wish to float in a small box in from the right 15 seconds after a visitor visits my site.

The box will be an invitation for them to enter their "Name" and "Email Address" so that they can then receive a newsletter.

How do I do that?

Yes, you can do it - you'll need to search for the scripts to do so - probably will find some at dynamicdrive.com - but make sure you really watch what happens with it. Some sites are successful with those - most site find they lose them more business than they gain. I certainly wouldn't stay for the purpose you've intended. Only thing I might stay for one of those - is for a good coupon.
