Need help!!!

I am having a problem with the guessbook. I have looked at the tutorials and read just about everybody's post but I don't understand what to do. It is giving me a error like this Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for ./guestbookdb.php in /home/quhccpsb/public_html/guestbook.php on line 200
