unable to get fmp to upload to sight

hey Guys
i am new at this but i am trying to learn as i go so any help would be great my sight is www.Blockerphotos.com
I have fmp instaled and i can login to it and build the forms but i am un sure how to link the form back to my site i have read the dir that come with the read me file but i still am unable to get the form to upload to my sight any help
