custom script?

i need to change a page everday. is there a script to do this automatically? For example we have tip1 on Sunday, tip2 on monday, tip3 on tuesday, and there are 40 tips. when the 40 tips are done, it will restart back to tip1.
is there a script or tool for me to do this?
