Editing a Theme

Hello,
I downloaded a theme called follow me but it doens't have any title or place to put my website's name or maybe say: Blog etc..
are themes changeable? can i edit that one?
Please help.

No....it replaces the defaulted set of templates/themes that is pre-installed in your Wordpress.

Find the ".txt" file within the folder for complete installation instructions, or follow the Tutorial Here.

The problem i'm finding with the other themes is that i always get this:
Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.
the only theme that works is the default one and I really want to use one that's more like the spirit of my website.
i'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong of is they are just not working :((
