Hello again fellow Vodies

I have found a great effect that I would like to use on my website.
I however do not know how to achieve this. I know it is JavaScript based.
The effect I would like to use is the transitional pictures slide show that you can see on this website. http://www.andrewmartin.co.uk/

I was wondering if anyone could help me to do this?
I don't know where to start I have looked at the page source & I am completely lost when it comes to this.

You have to have a flash program or flash editor. Or get someone who does to make it for you.
