changed password in cpanel effected osc

Hi,

I changed my cpanel password and forgot that this will effect my oscommerce websites. Could someone tell me where I would set the new password to match the new one. I looked in configure.php but it gives what looks like a different password. I suspect it's done somewhere in myphp but can't find it.
