Javascript help?

Now when u hover over those offer boxes..
they enlarge,
and the image above slides and changes.
I was ordered to do almost the same exact feature for another site,
only the above image must slide in the other direction or go up and down.

I know this has something to do with mouseover,
but I can not find a tutorial or code for anything like this.
Tried easy slider 1.5, but that doesn't help at all.

Hey i know its hard to get help around here lol m figuring out things myself 2 only two things i could tell you dreamweaver of all does features and go to http://www.w3schools.com/web/default.asp good luck.
