Freelancer website script

I am looking for website script which works similar to getFreelancer.com or totalfreelance.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also other useful scripts like directory or classified scripts would be also be helpful. I found few on the web but like to hear from the experts here.

Karen, I did sweep the web and found some good one's and not so good one's. I thought somebody might have already tried and have experience so liked to hear. But it looks I am going to be first one trying these scripts, I guess!!
