I need some help / advice

I'm trying to create a shopping web site my wifes business up and running as soon as possible.
My wife is selling a collection of Bikini wear of upto 400 products. The site needs to include payment via paypal also.
I thought the Soho launch was what I was looking for, but this seems to be somewhat limited.
Please can you give a little advice on what would be the best route - i'm in the dark here...
