Heeeeelp!!

HI Just went to begin sorting my forum out, upgraded as requested and now faced with this (text below) and am pretty lost. Am I getting fussed over something pretty simple or shall i ask for support asap? can I begin to modify the forum or should I wait to resolve the issue below?

Please save following information. You will need it in order to restore if something went wrong

If you don't have SSH access, ask support to help you:
- Remove the directory /home/eiqhazns/public_html/Forum
- Untar /home/eiqhazns/fantastico_backups/Forum.backup.1146063878.tgz
- Empty the database eiqhazns_phpb1
- Import the file /home/eiqhazns/fantastico_backups/Forum/backup.sql into the database eiqhazns_phpb1
- Move /home/eiqhazns/fantastico_backups/Forum to /home/eiqhazns/public_html/Forum
