Need FTP and MySQL Script for Link Metro

Hi,
I am trying to use the link exchange program Link Metro and they have requested my "Scripts"

FTP Server
and
MySQL Server

I have searched all over the forum and my CP panel but I am not sure what they mean.

Has anyone done this, can you help me find out where to go to get this information.
