Cascading Menus

Where in Blue Voda can you do cascading menus. For some reason all of a sudden, (well since I downloaded the new version of BV) my navstudio CSS menus won't show up. I've tried everything and can't get them to appear, so I hope BV has something like that

Look on your toolbars or insert menu for navbars. You can arrange the menu tree so the menu folds out to reveal child pages.
