New Voda 7.5.1 tab

Double-clicking on the background of any page and opening Page Properties there appears a new tab named 'Page Transitions tab'. Blue Voda tutorials make no mention of it and it looks like something I wouldn't mind knowing a little about. At the moment I'm being told you can't preview it's value without publishing your page first. Thing is nothing is happening when I try to work it.

So....how does this new tool work?
