    Hi everyone,

I have been working hard on me website for a week now, spending almost 5-7 hours everyday. I'm very satisfied with the looks as well as content of me website. I am about to publish it but got one question.

Will the webpages, after publishing, look exactly the same as it is now? Someone who's in web designing business for years told me that the quality (colour especially) won't look the same after publishing. Is it true? If yes, how much difference should I expect?

I thank you in advance for any input.

    Re: Quality

Ok this is how it looks like.

Does it look good or do I need to change something?

      Re: Quality

      Yes, that is sometimes true...........

Why dont you publish your pages and test them out, you could always
publish a blank index/home page so that it would be invisible afterwards.

Then when you wish to go live, republish your index/home page again.

Is it possible to get the same quality after publishing?
        Thanks VH! www.theconfab.net

          Re: Quality

Kachano: I personally have not had any problems with quality after publishing. I suppose it would depend on the resolution of your graphics, if you use friendly fonts, other people's computer monitors, etc. My guess is, that you will be just fine based on the screenshot you provided. But, I would do as David suggests and go ahead and publish, at least a test page and see for yourself. After you publish, post your link here and or in the "test my website" forum to get feedback from everyone to see how it looks!
