I would like to put an IFrame into a page, but I want to keep my page design consistant, there is any option or code could help me to make the scroll bar of the IFrame in my own design?

When you say your own design, what do mean exactly?? If you mean the colours etc then all you would do is just adjust the code a little. Try here for some iframes you may like and for the code too.
