Adding Scroll Bars?

I'm previewing my site in FF and noticed that there is no scroll bar on the right side of the page. Is this something we need to add or does the browser add it automatically?

It’s possible that your page isn’t long enough to need them. You usually need text or an image bellow the 500-600 mark for them to come in. If you can see them in FF? have you checked to see if they are there in IE?
