need help with forms pls

i have a quiz page and an answer to quiz page. How can i have the user see his/hers own answers on the answer page for comparison. also how can have a score added to to their answers. i have devised a rather cumbersome system and is not user freindly. www.mrbnk.com

You can of course purchase software like Captivate, but it is quite expensive if you only want to use it for a couple of questions.

How many questions do you want to set up and how frequently? May be we can talk business.....
