Because i am new at this

Hi ppl. Just would like to know how do i edit my site.. What i mean is, I created my home page, made links etc but now i want to go to say my "product" page to edit it... Do i have to seperately create a whole new page and save it as the product page to be linked or is there a function as the one in publisher where I can swop between all pages of my site. I watched most of the tut videos but got stuck..maybe just missing VITAL piece of info.

    Thanx

Whatever: The first page, most people create is their HOME or index page. Then you would create a seperate page for each page of your website. You publish your pages independently of each other. ie. your Home page is done and you have saved it as index. BV puts a .bvp on your page after you saved it. When you get ready to publish, BV will automatically assign the html extension, so then after you publish your page it will look like this, http://www.yourdomainname.com/index.html. You then create your, lets say, product page. You save it as product, BV assigns the .bvp and when you publish that page, it will show up on the internet as http://www.yourdomainname.com/products.html.

Anytime you want to edit or make changes, you simply make those changes, save your page and publish it. The changes take affect immediately on your website.

You'll want to link your products page with your home page. Normally you do this via a navigation menu or a text link. When you create the link you point that link to the html extension of the page you want to go to. So if you create a link on your home page to your products page, the hyperlink will look like this. http://www.yourdomainname.com/products.html.

I use to use Publisher before I found BlueVoda and VodaHost. Never again will I use Publisher. BlueVoda is SOOOO much easier and flexible. Hope I was able to help.

P.S. I assume you know that in order to publish your pages with Blue Voda, you will need to have a VodaHost hosting account. See the products and prices in the menu above.
