Importing Windows Movie Maker File

Hi,
I have created a movie in windows movie maker and want to display it on my site. I have tried importing it to windows media player but it wont recognise it.
Does anyone know how i can do this please

Hi Alien Dude,
I cant import it. I tried adding a windows media box then copying and pasting the file from my documents into the properties dialouge box.
I edited some existing footage in windows movie maker.
