    Opening my pages

    Hi. I am new.
I have published my website not long ago: www.etioleballet.com
I have 10 Links on my homepage: Home; About us; Our mission; Classes; Etiquette; Calendar; Gallery; Summer Program; Our thank you; Contact.
Each of these Links is linked to its own separate page, which has been created, saved and published separately. However, for some unknown to me reason, only 4 out of 10 Links work!
    When I push:
    Home
    Our Mission
    About us
    Gallery
everything is OK - the page opens with no problem.
But, When I push any other Link (button), the " The page can not be found" message (page) appears.
I tried everything I could think of, but nothing changes. I have resaved and republished pages - still no luck.
Please, take a look at the website and help.
    Thank you in advance.
    Alex

Your first page must be named index.html (index.bvp). Make sure when you type in the links they have .html at the end.
    Best regards,

I typed my website wrong, it is www.etoileballet.com
Yes, I know, I did everything correctly and 4 out of 10 pages open properly, but 6 other links just do not want to open!

Re: Some of my pages do not open.

It is not just enough to spell things precisely, to keep the "html" at the end, and to not leave spaces in your page titles....they must be exactly the same as how you saved and published your pages: for instance, if you savfed (and published) a page as about_us you cannot expect your link to work if it is /aboutus.html >>> needs to be /about_us.html

PS: The only complete navigation system (filled in with links) is on your index and 2 others....every other page has a menu that is incomplete. Simply verify that your index system is the most correct, and COPY/PASTE that onto each of your other pages and republish all. And....I would not set TARGET to blank in each of them.....tacky (unsophisticated, actually), and annoys almost all but the oblivious of visitors to no end!

And just one other pointer ...

You do not link to your home page as http://www.etoileballet.com/index.html

You simply link to your home page as http://www.etoileballet.com

This is the only page that does not need the actual name of the page written and applied in the link ...

All other pages you create need to be linked as your domain - the page name - followed by .html

            Re: Opening my pages

            Question to Vasili.
You say I should name my page something like /about_us.html . I am interested in "/" symbol. Do you mean I should put the slash into the name when I name the page?
Here is what I did practically: I named my page contact.html (after I saved the page, .html does not appear in the name any more); then from my home page index.bvp I linked a button:
            "Edit Button" window:

            Name - Contact
            Alternate text - Contact
            Link type - http:
            URL: - http://www.etoileballet.com/contact.html
            Target: - aboutus.html

Let me know where do you find mistake.
As I said before, I did exactly the same operation to each of 10 buttons/pages and only 4 out of 10 work.
I do not think it is a linking problem, because when I type the URL in the browser manually ( http://www.etoileballet.com/contact.html ), the page does not open ither.
At the same time other page, for example http://www.etoileballet.com/aboutus.html , which I created in exactly the same way, works perfectly from the button, or manually typing, or even fron the blue link in this message.
            What could be the problem?
Thank you. I appreciate everyone who takes time to help me.
