Draw function

IS there a draw function in B Voda? I would like to use my mouse and draw/write over or on the side of my txt.

www.thetruthaboutglobal.com is my site and at the bottom of it I would like to draw and arrow and point to me on the surfboard and then draw/write
"here I am surfing in Maui"

I don't believe there is, I have never read about that feature (I don't use BV so I can't say 100%, but just knowing the general features of BV I doubt it does)
