i wanna search my site,but how!

hi everyone. i hope someone can help me on this one? i basically want to create a form which acts as search engine for my site where people would enter their desired info e.g. location,name,etc. and after would be sent to the appropriate page containing that info.Is there something that i can use to create with blue voda or do i need some extra help with this problem?
