Hi, I am ticking 'multiple selections' on the Combobox, however when I choose multiple selections on the published webpage, only one selection comes through on the .php form.
Tried several things but none seem to get more than one of the selections coming through on the form delivered to my email, despite selecting say four options on the web page.
Could you please assist?
