How can I center an image?

Ok, I know to center an image I simply drag the image into the center of the page. When I do this and preview my page it works fine, except if I resize the page the image doesn't move. Is there any way I can center the picture and have it stay in the center, regardless of the size of the browser the user is using?

Iin website builder -
View - page properties, tick the box that says 'center in browser'

Place image on page.. click on it..then using layout tab features on top of web builder center to page...
