Horizontal page centering not working

I sellected the box to center the page...I assumed horizontally. Is there something else required to make this work? My URL is: www.theutahdiningguide.com

Your page is 1697 wide this is usually set at between 800 and 1000 to eliminate side scrolling, it cannot centre in browser when it is this wide.
