    Don't know the special words

    My website http://www.rjxofusa.com/store/has been down all night, I'm no wiz at how all the proper contact rules work, infact I didn't even know there was special rules to get help. What I do know is I have a website that cost me money every minute it is down and when I sumitted a help ticket I got this:

    So,that respose did not get my site fixed or help me understand what to do. Now my site is still down and I guess I don't know how to get help?????? But the help ticket has been closed. HELP! maybe someone here can help me cause I'm not getting any from the support ticket.

    Here is what my web page brings up when you try to open it:
    Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory.
