Text Keeps Re-sizing itself and moving!

The text in the menu bar is supposed to be bigger and centered in the boxes, but when I preview and publish the text re-sizes itself and moves...how do I fix this?

Note: I know the menu bar has no working links.

You could use an actual string of text links rather than the "Text Menu" function.
If you go to www.redhawk-archery.com and look at my footer you will see that it is one long string of text with each group highlightes and a hyperlink added.
