Publishing Username and Password

I have just reformat my laptop and now I realised that I've forgotten to write down my Publishing "Username & Password". I am modifying my website now and I can't seem to remember it as I used "Remember Password" all this while. Is there anyway for me to trace it?

Sigh..... Hopeless :(

Check to see if you still have your welcome email. If not submitt a support ticket.
