submit issue with newsletter

when you type your name and email address in the newsletter it takes you a thank you page on my mailinglist

how can i make it to come back to a thank you page on my domain (http://www.ebusinessolutions.ws/thanks.html) instead?

open the file the form submits to, find the file it redirects to and change it
