trying to find out how to download to new laptop

Kckatt here..it has been awhile and I have gotten a new laptop that is running Vista.
My question is this:
How do I download Blue Voda to my new laptop?
When I try, I get an error code stating I have already recieved my email confirmation. That was on my old laptop which was running XP.
